Juul Addicts Massachusetts Teens

Non-profit seeks legal remedy to provide addicted teens with treatment

In less than four years, Juul has become the overwhelming leader in the electronic cigarette market — especially among teens throughout Massachusetts. This has left thousands of teens addicted to the high doses of nicotine that Juul delivers to their developing brains.

If your Massachusetts teen became addicted to nicotine from Juuling before the age of 18, we would very much like to hear from you and tell you about potential legal action to provide affected teens with access to state-of-the-art treatment.

We are the Public Health Advocacy Institute and we believe that marketing such an incredibly addictive product in a way so that thousands of teens become hooked is wrong and that the manufacturer should provide funding needed to develop programs to treat the many young people who would not be addicted to nicotine were it not for Juul.

If you are interested in joining this effort, please let us know by providing your contact information (name, e-mail, phone) to Or you can call our Juul legal team at 617-313-9016. We will only attempt to contact you about this issue and will not share your information with any third parties.
